As an Administrator user, you have the option to backup any one of your Budget or Forecast projects, by heading to the Builder mode and then from the Maintenance menu, select the Maintenance->Backup/Restore option. A list of projects will be displayed and to the right of the project name there is a small backup icon (these project lines are highlighted with a blue background). If you select the icon, a backup will be created online and will appear in the list of backup items for that project.

At the end of the backup process you have an option to download a local copy of the backup on your laptop or desktop computer. If you click this option you will not receive the backup unless you have enabled popups for the go.rsforecast.com url.

For Microsoft Edge, you can enable this by the following steps:
  1. Open the Edge browser.
  2. Click on the three-dotted icon and select 'Settings'.
  3. Switch to the 'Cookies and site permissions' tab.
  4. Click on the 'Pop-ups and redirects' menu option.
  5. Click the 'Add button' of the Block or Allow menu.
  6. Enter the website URL 'go.rsforecast.com.
