How Do I Export a Rapidstart Forecast Report to Excel or PDF

Exporting a report displayed in Rapidstart Forecast is an easy task. First however, you need to be aware of whether the report you are viewing is using the old style reporter formats or is one of the new reporter format reports. This can easily be identified when you select the reports from the menu.

Once you know which report it is just follow the relevant instructions below:

Old Style Report

When you wish to export your chosen report to Excel, PDF, CSV format, move your mouse to the top right area of the report as shown in the image below:

When the relevant icons appear simply select the option you want to use:

• Select the Print icon to print your report
  
• Select the Excel icon to export the displayed report to an Excel spreadsheet
  
• Select the CSV icon to export the displayed report in a CSV file format
  
• Select the PDF Icon to export the report as a PDF file
  

Whichever icon you choose the relevant prompts that follow will be the normal ones for printing or downloading files.

New Style Report

When you wish to export one of the New Style reports, simply scroll to the bottom of the screen and you will see an Export button (see image below). Click the Export button and a popup list of options will appear:

• Excel - exports to an Excel format file
  
• PDF - exports to a PDF format file
  
• Drive - exports to a Google Sheets document format
  

Select your desired export option and follow the relevant prompts if required.
