My Import status shown Pending COA Mapping status, and no actual data on my reports. What should I do?
Pending COA Mapping indicates that there is at least 1 account is not mapped yet to the Rapidstart Forecast Common chart of account (including new account). To map and reload the Trial Balance data, you can navigate to Admin > Mapping Import TB Account menu.
The Mapping Import TB will try to automatically map the account from your source to the account in the Common chart of Account of RapidStart Forecast project. If you see line highlighted in yellow that indicates the system can find the recommended mapping, and you can modify the mapping if it's incorrect. If you see line highlighted in red, that indicates that the system is unable to find the mapping for the account, so you need to map it manually to the account in the Common Chart of Account.
Check the mapping for the highlighted account, and then click the Save button to save the mapping and reload the Trial Balance data. Once the process is completed, you will be able to see the actual data in your reports.
